I created a bumper video and accompanying motion graphic for the Sharing Session, adhering to a funny and simple concept that aligns with the vibrant Magenta theme.
The goal was to produce engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with the event's collaborative and informative spirit. The design employs a humorous and straightforward approach to ensure that the content is both entertaining and easy to understand. The color palette is harmonized with the Magenta concept, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal. The use of bold typography, dynamic animations, and playful graphics captures attention and enhances the overall viewing experience.

This hybrid event facilitates participation both offline and online. I was responsible for creating various design elements to support this event, including Key Visuals, Bumper Video, and Motion Graphics. The design elements featured a palette of pastel green, blue, and yellow, reflecting themes of health, tranquility, and professionalism.
Modern and easy-to-read sans-serif fonts were used to provide a professional and clean look. Smooth and professional transitions such as fade, slide, and simple zoom effects reflected the themes of health and tranquility. Minimalist icons and graphics, such as hearts, stars, and geometric shapes, added visual appeal without distracting from the main focus. Animations were used to introduce speakers, explain the event agenda, and convey important information. The design is minimalist yet informative, with elements that align with the Wellness Program theme.

I was responsible for creating the bumper video and motion graphics for the event. The design was minimalist yet informative, using simple design assets such as boxes and circles.
Sans Serif fonts ensured readability and a modern aesthetic that aligns with Pelindo’s branding. A combination of blue shades created a cohesive and visually appealing design. Smooth transitions like fades and slides enhanced the viewing experience without overwhelming the viewer. High Impact Leadership Training is a leadership training program designed for corporate structural leaders to enhance their leadership skills, equip them with strategic abilities, and improve managerial effectiveness. The key visual features a dominant blue color, conveying professionalism, trust, stability, and integrity. It includes two cartoon characters (a woman and a man) dressed in blue suits with confident expressions, representing the training participants.
The bold, 3D-effect lettering for "High Impact Leadership Training" imparts strength and high impact, adding visual depth to the design. Orange ribbons and confetti add excitement and cheerfulness, highlighting the event's significance. I have created various sizes for use on different platforms, including social media, email, backdrops, and banners. Geometric shapes (squares, rectangles, circles) and a grid layout represented structure and organization, suggesting a guided journey for new participants.
